London-based Holman Fenwick Willan has recruited a former state attorney-general as a partner for its corporate, projects, and finance practice in Perth.
Cheryl Edwardes, who joins from Hancock Prospecting Pty. Ltd., a Perth-based minerals exploration company. Edwardes will advise the firm’s mining, resources, and energy clients on environmental regulations, native title rights and climate change-related matters.
