Latham & Watkins and Davis Polk & Wardwell have advised on a $467 million convertible bond issue by Singapore state-owned investment firm Temasek Holdings Pte. Ltd.

The bonds, which will mature in 2013, are exchangeable into shares of Li & Fung Ltd., a Hong Kong company that supplies clothing, home furnishings, and other consumer products to international retailers including Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Target Corp. Temasek may also raise up to $77 million additional funds through an over-allotment option.
