SAN FRANCISCO — Lisa Berry, the former general counsel for Juniper Networks Inc. and KLA-Tencor Corp. accused of backdating stock options, has settled her case with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

SEC attorney Robert Tashjian and Berry’s attorney, James Kramer, filed papers late Friday in San Jose federal court indicating that the SEC had approved the settlement agreement.
