In a ruling bookended with lyrics from classic pop songs and marked by a discussion of the wisdom of King Solomon, 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Ed Carnes wrote the unanimous opinion issued Tuesday affirming a lower court in a breach of contract suit brought against Mercado.
