Marketers of the anti-aging skin treatment Hydroxatone are being sued for wooing customers with a free trial and then allegedly denying refunds and applying excessive charges.
In putative class actions in federal court in Newark, customers say they face unauthorized credit card charges, difficulty returning products, unwanted shipments of products and other problems.
