Beijing firms Jincheng, Tongda & Neal, and Grandfield Law Offices are advising on what could be the largest initial public offering in Shanghai this year.

Hunan-based Founder Securities Co. Ltd., the Chinese financial services partner of Credit Suisse Group AG, is planning to raise $1.5 billion from an IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company has received an approval from the securities regulator for its listing and subscription for the new shares will open from July 29 to August 1.
