Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Amy Steele Donner made good on her promise to report plaintiffs lawyer Robert Ratiner to the Florida Bar for disciplinary action for comments he made during a trial over the fungicide Benlate.
The Bar confirmed it is investigating Ratiner “for his behavior while involved with a recent case before Judge Donner,” which could put his law license at risk for a second time in the same case.
