Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe announced today that it has hired Latham & Watkins corporate partner William Woo for its Hong Kong office.
Woo focuses on capital markets, private equity and mergers and acquisitions work. He has extensive experience in advising on listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Last year, Woo represented a seven-bank consortium of underwriters in the $8.9 billion A- and H-share rights offering of Bank of China Limited.
