Some things have changed since the last time Jay Dubow worked in private practice as a securities litigator, both in the practice and his resume.

Dubow left Pepper Hamilton in May 2008 after about a year there to serve as general counsel of longtime client Advanta Corp. Three years later, Advanta is bankrupt and Dubow is back at Pepper Hamilton with new skill sets and working under a new enforcement regime at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
