Mergers and acquisitions partner James Griffin has left Fulbright & Jaworski in Dallas to join Dewey & LeBoeuf in Silicon Valley.

Griffin, 42, represents both public and private companies and advises boards of directors and special committees on M&A transactions and related matters. He also represents investment banking firms in M&A transactions, and counsels clients in securities offerings, securities law compliance, and corporate governance.
