San Francisco’s Renne Sloan Holtzman Sakai has forged an alliance with Sacramento counterpart Miller & Owen to share resources and certain client matters. The firms announced their affiliation Tuesday. Although each firm will keep its own name and structure, their new venture will be known as the Public Law Group.
Timothy Yeung, the head of Renne Sloan’s Sacramento office, said the arrangement formalizes an existing relationship between the firms. “What we envision is one firm helping the other out and working on joint projects because we have complementary practices,” Yeung said. “We’re able to offer our clients something the individual firms don’t have.”
