SAN FRANCISCO — The California Supreme Court signaled some unease today with a Sacramento judge who ordered a man to turn over Facebook postings he may have made while serving as a juror in a gang case.
The justices, who had stayed the judge’s order six weeks ago, today directed the Third District Court of Appeal to issue an order to show cause.
