Partners at DLA Piper and DLA Phillips Fox have voted in favor of a merger, with both firms now set to fully financially integrate on May 1 this year.

The outcome, which was confirmed Monday following a month-long voting process, will see DLA Piper’s Australian best-friend firm DLA Phillips Fox become part of the firm’s international limited liability partnership.
