SAN FRANCISCO — Ropes & Gray has confirmed Recorder reports that Howrey IP trial lawyer James Batchelder is coming aboard as partner.
Batchelder, a former name partner at Day Casebeer Madrid & Batchelder, is joining Tuesday. His last day at Howrey, where he was a member of the senior IP leadership committee and task forces for medical device litigation and trade secrets litigation, was today.
