IOWA CITY, Iowa — Iowa Supreme Court justices may have to begin campaigning if they face high-profile criticism for their decisions, said former justice Michael Streit.
Streit was among three justices voted off the bench in November by voters who were upset by the court’s 2009 ruling that legalized same-sex marriage in Iowa.
