Coming off a year of double-digit growth in partner profits and 3 percent revenue growth, Holland & Knight has announced four management changes to help foster growth in the new year and beyond.

New leaders at one of Florida’s largest law firms include Boston partner Deb Barnard, who fills the new position of professional growth and development partner; Tampa partner Mike Chapman as general counsel; Miami partner John Hogan, who becomes national head of litigation; and Miami partner Adolfo Jimenez, who moves from the firm’s head of professional development and recruiting to replace Hogan as head of litigation in Miami.
