Eastern District Judge Jack B. Weinstein does not go down without a fight.
Despite having been reversed twice in the case of Pietro Polouizzi, who had been convicted on child pornography charges, Judge Weinstein yesterday during the sentencing hearing encouraged Mr. Polouizzi to pursue an appeal.
