As reported last year by the New Jersey Law Journal, a sibling publication, a disciplinary review board of the Garden State’s Supreme Court had recommended that Denti be disbarred after he was accused of fabricating $350,000 worth of billings while drawing a salary from both firms. Denti spent 13 months at Fox Rothschild before leaving the firm in April 2006 to become a partner at Margolis Edelstein. (Fox Rothschild conducted an internal investigation into Denti’s conduct before he left.)

It was during his stint at Margolis Edelstein that Denti allegedly had sex with a female client in a matrimonial case, according to disciplinary board records and proceedings.
