Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney added nearly all of the attorneys from Wyomissing, Pa.-based energy law boutique Ryan Russell Ogden & Seltzer at the start of the year, the firm announced Monday.
Five of the six attorneys are joining Buchanan Ingersoll while another moves to Philadelphia to serve as an administrative law judge for the Public Utilities Commission.
