Kilpatrick Stockton is merging with Townsend and Townsend and Crew after all.
The merger will change Kilpatrick’s name to Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton when it goes into effect Jan. 1, the two firms announced Wednesday. The combined firm will have almost 650 lawyers and 17 offices in the U.S. and Tokyo.
