Delaware Superior Court’s new Complex Commercial Litigation Division may soon get a chance to live up to its name now that the Court of Chancery has transferred a case that seeks to sort out some convoluted insurance consequences of the Bernard Madoff Ponzi scheme.

Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster transferred Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. v. Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s of London to the Superior Court on Sept. 24, finding that the plaintiffs have an adequate remedy at law.
