For Cozen O’Connor, recent hire Stephen A. Miller’s blended professional background of both trial and appellate experience was too good to pass up. Miller is a former clerk for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and has spent the last nine years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 2001 to 2007 and then for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 2007 until he joined Cozen O’Connor on Sept. 27.
