The 40-lawyer business law boutique has opened an office in Chicago with two local attorneys. Joseph L. Pellis II joined the firm as a partner from Chicago-based Seyfarth Shaw and will serve as the new office's managing partner. Ann C. Bertino, an employee benefits lawyer, also joined the firm as an associate from Reed Smith's Pittsburgh office.
