A Los Angeles federal judge has rejected certification for three proposed classes of financial advisers at Morgan Stanley & Co.
In a strongly worded order (pdf) entered Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Otis Wright II said that the plaintiffs had failed to meet all four of the factors governing prerequisites for class actions.
