Shutts & Bowen is expanding in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., with the addition of three attorneys, including the head of Ruden McClosky’s securities law practice group. Robert Brighton, a 12-year veteran of Ruden, Richard Landman, a litigation partner at Akerman Senterfitt, and George Andrews, a litigation associate at Akerman, all joined Shutts on Monday.

“We’re very busy throughout our firm,” said Shutts managing partner Joe Bolton. “These are terrific lawyers. We’re very pleased.”
