The New Jersey Supreme Court heard arguments March 8 on whether a New Jersey corporation should be awarded counsel fees in a successful coverage dispute when it prevailed in a state that does not normally provide for them.

Myron Corp., a Maywood, N.J., promotional advertising company, is a defendant in a class action suit in U.S. District Court in Illinois and in a suit in Bergen County Superior Court alleging it sent thousands of junk faxes in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
