The Swiss government says a former Guantanamo inmate has been transferred to his new home in Geneva. The Justice Department says the Uzbek national arrived this month. Spokesman Guido Balmer declined Tuesday to provide any details beyond saying the man was "never charged or sentenced for a crime" during his time at the U.S. detention center for terror suspects.
