Latham & Watkins associates are set to see their salaries increase, as the firm unfreezes pay levels after keeping them static in 2009. Latham confirmed that it has moved salaries in the U.S. up to the level they would have been at in 2010 had they not been frozen last year. The firm added that salaries have also been increased in other markets around the world, but that regional variations to the structure applied.
