Q: I am a first-year associate, soon to be a second-year associate at a large firm. This fall, I will be evaluated by the partners. I have been told that I have to evaluate myself in a self-assessment. I’m concerned about what I should include. What do they expect to see? Should I be concerned about bragging? On the other hand, I don’t want to be too modest. What do you think?
