The lawyers who once made up Chicago’s Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak & Kohen are now fighting over the crown jewels of their firm: clients.

Anesi Ozmon is battling its former colleagues at the newly launched O’Connor & Nakos to retake possibly hundreds of cases that left with those colleagues. Daniel O’Connor and Telly Nakos departed in late July, along with nine other lawyers plus paralegals and other staff, to start the new firm.
