Morris Manning & Martin has announced that residential real estate partner Louise M. Wells will become the second managing partner in the firm's 34-year history. She'll take over in January and will maintain her practice. Wells has spent her entire career at Morris Manning, which she joined in 1978, becoming the firm's first female lawyer and later its first female partner. She is the second woman to lead a large Atlanta law firm; Diane L. Prucino became the co-managing partner of Kilpatrick Stockton in 2007.

Morris Manning & Martin announced Monday that residential real estate partner Louise M. Wells will succeed Robert E. Saudek as the second managing partner in the firm’s 34-year history.
Wells will take over in January, after Saudek ends his 16th year as the firm’s leader.
