A federal appeals court on Friday upheld a preliminary injunction ordering two former Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro lawyers to hand over prospective client information they gathered for the law firm and stop identifying themselves as firm representatives.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied Eran Rubinstein and Susan M. Boltz-Rubinstein’s bid to stop the Western District of Washington’s July 29 order.
