The former executive vice president and general counsel for Norwegian Cruise Line has joined the Miami office of Epstein Becker & Green, a national firm that focuses on employment law.
Robert Kritzman has more than 20 years of legal experience with corporate matters, having served 13 years as general counsel to the world’s third-largest cruise line. He has an extensive background in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, corporate governance issues, government relations, risk management, intellectual property matters, commercial litigation and class action litigation.
