A bitter battle over the estate of a Jupiter, Fla., hedge fund manager who drowned in his backyard pool ended Thursday when a judge approved a settlement which gives his widow most of the money while setting aside money for his relatives.
The value of the estate of the late Seth Tobias, a CNBC stock analyst, was not disclosed but was estimated in several news reports to be $25 million to $35 million.
