Christopher Clifford Collier appeals from the district court’s*fn1 judgment, entered upon a jury’s verdict, finding him guilty of the offense of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). Collier appeals the district court’s ruling that the nature of his predicate felony, the sale or receipt of an access card to defraud, was admissible as impeachment evidence if he testified. He also appeals the district court’s rejection of his motion for a new trial, alleging an inconsistency between the jury verdict and the district court’s ruling at sentencing. We affirm.
