Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has formalized its presence in Saudi Arabia by setting up an association with local firm Salah Al-Hejailan. The tie-up, which will officially launch on Sunday, formalizes an existing arrangement the Magic Circle firm holds with local lawyer Fares Salah Al-Hejailan. The Saudi Arabian firm will be jointly managed by Al-Hejailan and former London finance chief Bob Charlton, who transferred to Dubai at the beginning of this year.
