To facilitate the rollout of eCourts in the 27 counties that have adopted the system so far, North Carolina courthouses will deploy all-in-one, self-service kiosks beginning in June to further help residents with online access to the justice system.

The kiosks will include scanners, printers and payment services to allow the public to “more easily engage with the court system,” as the state’s Administrative Office of the Courts announced this week in a news release.
