Former SunPower legal chief Regan MacPherson has taken the legal reins at San Jose, California-based telecom equipment maker Infinera Corp.
MacPherson was tapped in March to take over from David Teichmann, who had been chief legal officer since 2019. She joined the company as senior vice president of legal as Teichmann transitioned into an advisory role, and she started as CLO last week.
