"Parzych’s argument otherwise ignores the facts and the law at issue in this case."

A former ticketless parking services company president scored a partial win last week after a federal judge in part reversed a $1 million jury award for exemplary damages, finding the evidence did not show he misappropriated trade secrets from his previous employer.
