A Cowlitz County judge in Washington held this week that the state’s ban for selling high-capacity magazines is unconstitutional, but the law will remain in effect for the time being, according to the state’s attorney general.
After Monday’s ruling, the Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced that his office filed an emergency motion with the state supreme court to keep the state’s ban in place pending appellate review.
