Munger, Tolles & Olson and Hueston Hennigan, both prominent defense firms in wildfire litigation, have stepped into the Maui cases for Hawaiian Electric Co. and the state of Hawaii.
Brad Brian, a partner at Los Angeles-based Munger Tolles who represented Pacific Gas and Electric Co. in criminal settlements over previous wildfires in California, is joined by Los Angeles partner Lisa Demsky and Nicholas Fram, a partner in San Francisco.
