The In-house legal hiring market continues to boom, in part because general counsel are bringing more work in-house to control costs and economic uncertainties are fading.

That’s according to Major, Lindsey & Africa’s newly released “Global In-House Counsel Market Conditions Q3 2023,” which found that organizations that put the brakes are hiring are back to filling jobs, especially in such fields as life sciences and renewable energy.
