Those disclosures typically list pay for a company’s five most highly paid executives, criteria that excuses hundreds of companies from having to reveal GC pay. Not on the list, for example, are legal leaders from hundreds of companies, including such corporate titans as Berkshire Hathaway, Tesla, Visa and Exxon Mobil.
