Attorneys at Stranch, Jennings & Garvey have filed a $15 million wrongful death lawsuit against Highroad Place in Nashville, Tennessee, on behalf of the family of a 22-month-old girl who was allegedly exposed to fentanyl while staying with her father at the transitional housing facility.

The suit was filed in the Circuit Court of Davidson County in the 20th Judicial District of Nashville, where the toddler’s grandmother, Mickey Rose, seeks to hold Highroad Place, which is operated by Community Care Foundation, for its alleged negligence in preventing the flow of illegal drugs throughout its property.
