Documents held by DLA Piper have been stripped of legal professional privilege by London’s High Court, in a potential fraud case involving former client Harvey Boulter, the controversial billionaire venture-capitalist.
The case, which lists the international law firm and a veteran M&A partner at the firm, Charles Cook, as defendants, relates to claims of fraudulent activity involving Boulter and his company Porton Capital Limited (PCL).
