An attorney’s alleged improper handling of a subpoena and dishonesty to the court during her representation in post-divorce custody and visitation proceedings avoided a term of suspension and received a public censure instead, the Wyoming Supreme Court held earlier this month.

Stacy L. Rostad, of Laramie, Wyoming, an attorney with nearly 20 years of experience, received a public censure from her representation of Amy Evans in a family law matter.
