A pair of Susman Godfrey attorneys are teaming up with a Richmond, Virginia, firm and the Civil Rights Clinic of Georgetown Law School in a federal class action lawsuit against the Virginia Department of Education for allegedly violating disabled student’s rights over the past two decades.
