A Jan. 6 rioter pleaded guilty Friday to breaking out a window in the U.S. Capitol, but a dispute over how much he owed for that damage elicited strong words from a federal judge. 

Ohio man Troy Faulkner was caught on film climbing onto the sill of a capitol building window and then kicking it out during the Jan. 6 riot, which sought to stop the counting of electoral votes for the 2020 presidential election.
