Robinhood became the latest tech company to announce mass layoffs on Tuesday, with 23% of workers impacted.

With a bevy of tech companies this year laying off employees or announcing hiring freezes, pressure is building on the careers of in-house lawyers for these companies, some industry sources say, and these attorneys should brace themselves for impact, whether it’s a layoff or belt-tightening in legal department staff budgets.
