Attorney Glen Ray Fagan has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Georgia Supreme Court for filing fake complaints on behalf of two employees at U.S. Xpress (USX) in Tennessee, where he served as associate general counsel from 2015 to 2019.

The Supreme Court relied on evidence gathered by Special Master Adam M. Hames, finding that Fagan was knowingly in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The high court also said that, because Fagan failed to respond to disciplinary authorities’ requests for information during the proceedings, the allegations in the complaint were deemed admitted.
